Meadows Foundation Presents :

High Tea with Emily Roebling!

   Please join us on Sat., April 251-4 p.m. at our Van Liew-Suydam House, 280 S. Middlebush Rd., Somerset, when we feature the renowned storyteller Carol Levin, who will portray Emily Roebling, who acted as the first woman field engineer and saw to the completion of the Brooklyn Bridge.

   This tea will feature an all-new menu, including spinach quiche and four kinds of sandwiches:

*Ham with grain mustard mayonnaise*
*Cheddar cheese with chutney*
*Cucumber with cream cheese, dill, and chives*
*Scottish smoked salmon with lemon butter*

   And of course we will have scones, fabulous desserts, and several teas for you to choose among.
